B.Sc. Navigation with working knowledge of Russian, Polish, French, German and English.

Having two patents in solar energy applications with Silver Medal of World Fair for Invention in Brussels and Distinction of Foire de Paris.

Resident in Hamburg and working as independant engineering and business consultant in FAR EAST, MIDDLE EAST, AFRICA, Central & East Europe.

From 1st Nov 2001 till 31st March 2004 I was offically appointed as incorporate scientific consultant to an Member of Hamburg State Parliament - Last task: Advisor to the Head of Parlamentary Commission for ECC Affairs.
